0 (333Artdotgallery Ltd.Part.), aims to provide a secure and reliable payment system for the purchase of Artwork through our Platform. This Payment and Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions governing payments, refunds, and returns for Artwork purchased on the Platform.

Payment Methods

The Company accepts various payment methods, including credit cards, debit cards, PayPal, and other electronic payment services. The Buyer is responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date payment information when making a purchase. By submitting their payment information, the Buyer authorizes the Company to process the payment for the Artwork, shipping costs, and any applicable taxes or fees.

Payment Processing and Security

The Company uses a secure third-party payment processor to handle all payment transactions. The Buyer’s payment information is encrypted and transmitted securely to the payment processor, and the Company does not store the Buyer’s credit card or financial information on its servers. The Company is committed to maintaining the privacy and security of the Buyer’s payment information.


Refunds will be processed in accordance with the Company’s Return Policy. If the Buyer is eligible for a refund, the Company will issue the refund to the original payment method used for the purchase, typically within 14 days after receiving and inspecting the returned Artwork. The refund will be for the amount paid for the Artwork, less any applicable fees, taxes, and shipping costs.


Buyers may return eligible Artwork in accordance with the Company’s Return Policy. To be eligible for a return, the Buyer must notify the Company of their intention to return the Artwork within 7 days of receiving it. The Buyer is responsible for returning the Artwork in its original condition and packaging, as well as for the return shipping costs. The Company reserves the right to deny a refund if the returned Artwork is damaged, altered, or does not meet the return eligibility criteria outlined in the Return Policy.

Chargebacks and Disputes

In the event of a chargeback or payment dispute initiated by the Buyer through their bank or credit card company, the Company will work with the Buyer and the payment processor to resolve the issue. The Company may, at its discretion, withhold payment to the artist or take other appropriate actions until the dispute is resolved. The Buyer is encouraged to contact the Company directly to address any concerns or issues related to their purchase before initiating a chargeback or dispute.

Currency and Conversion Rates

All prices and transactions on the Platform are processed in either US Dollars or Thai Baht. The Platform will display prices in both US Dollars and Thai Baht for the convenience of Buyers. The final transaction will be processed in the selected currency. The applicable currency conversion rates, if required, will be determined by the Buyer’s bank or payment provider and may include additional fees or charges.

Payment Authorization and Verification

A clause stating that the Company may, at its discretion, require additional information or verification from the Buyer before processing a payment, in order to prevent fraud or other unauthorized transactions. This can include identity verification, address confirmation, or proof of payment method ownership.

Promotions and Discounts

A section outlining the Company’s policy on promotional offers and discounts, including any terms and conditions for redeeming such offers and the Company’s right to modify, limit, or cancel promotions at any time.


A provision discussing the Buyer’s responsibility for any applicable taxes, such as sales tax or value-added tax (VAT), associated with the purchase of Artwork. The Company may be required to collect and remit certain taxes based on the Buyer’s location and applicable laws.

The Company reserves the right to adjust or change the selling price of the Artwork if the currency exchange rate fluctuates by +/- 1.5% or more from the time the Artwork was listed. This is to ensure that the prices listed on the Platform accurately reflect the current market conditions and to maintain fairness for both artists and buyers.

By using the Platform and purchasing Artwork, the Buyer agrees to the terms and conditions set forth in this Payment and Refund Policy. The Company reserves the right to update or modify this Payment and Refund Policy at any time, and any changes will be effective upon posting on the Platform.
